| Alan Folk has over 30 years of management experience in the large corporate environment which concluded as the Director of Credit for a large manufacturing corporation in the Chicago area . Prior employers included Motorola, Inc., for a term of 15 years, Northwest Industries, U.S. Steel and Nextel Communications. He also owned Able Management Consultants and was the owner, landlord and manager of several small apartment buildings. He has learned what is required to successfully manage a department in the corporate world as well as the organization skills necessary to manage a small business. All of this work history lends itself nicely toward helping individuals properly and effectively handle their household or home based business financial affairs. Mr. Folk has a B.S. degree in Business Management from the University of Illinois and an MBA in Finance from Webster University. |

| Billing Structure and Procedure: |
| Services are establiched on an hourly basis. A client's requirements will be assessed for each engagement. Fees range from $65 to $80 an hour based on the complexity and expanse of the service provided. |

| Additional Expenses may include travel time and out of pocket expenses such as postage stamps and long distance telephone calls made on a client's behalf. |
| |
| Payment is usually due at the time of service. If this arrangement is inconvenient we can establish some other form of payment such as bi-weekly or monthly billings. |

| You can feel comfortable that all fees and expenses will be explained to your satisfaction before the work is begun. We do not want any misunderstandings. |
