Folk Money Management is committed to a high standard of client service and to provide personal business assistance to clients who have difficulty managing personal monetary and business affairs.
Without exception, Folk Money Management will perform our services in the following manner.
· Concern for the well being of our clients.
· Provide services in an equitable manner.
· Not exploit clients financially, socially, emotionally, sexually, physically or in any other manner.
· Disclose any affiliation that may pose a conflict of interest.
· Not exploit a relationship with a client for financial gain.
· Insure that fees are fair, reasonable and commensurate with the services performed.
· All fees are to be discussed and understood with the client or other person accepting responsibility before the service is initiated.
· Precautions will be taken to avoid harm to a client or his/her property.
· Respect for the client’s rights will be foremost at all times.
· A client’s right of privacy and confidentiality will be protected at all times.
· Maintain detailed and accurate financial reports and records based upon information made available by the client.
· Achieve and maintain a high level of professional competence.
· Accurately represent professional experience, training and education.
· Refer clients to other service providers or consult with other service providers when additional knowledge and expertise are needed.
· Define our role and business relationship with clients clearly to other professionals.
· Treat clients, family members, colleagues and other professional service providers with respect, fairness and integrity.
